Open plan shared kitchen fully equipped to enjoy your meal and beautiful sea front balcony. Your room with double bed, fresh linen, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, heater and mini fridge. You also have your own bathroom. Sharing only kitchen, living room and balcony.

Great location in the heart of Malta. Sea front of Spinola Bay 200 m from LOVE Monument 400 m from Portomaso Marina 500 m from Balluta Bay Beach and Merriott Hotel and Spa A beautiful balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea and promenade where you can enjoy a nice walk and exercise. Beautiful and very clean beach. With many water activities. Surround with bar, pubs, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy.
