Welcome to this stunning vacation home, located in the heart of St Julians. The apartment is situated in a building block served by a lift, with a flight of stairs at the main entrance. Boasting 150m² of space, this property is bright, airy, and spacious. The apartment is located on Spinola Road, overlooking the iconic Spinola Bay and the seafront. Upon entering the apartment, you'll be greeted by an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area that exudes a fresh and upscale feel. The modern, minimalist décor complements the contemporary kitchen, which comes fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, dishwasher and utensils. The living and dining area are homogenous, and are filled with natural light. This vacation home has three oversized bedrooms, all decorated in a contemporary style that complements the rest of the apartment. One of the bedrooms is a quadruple bedroom, situated off the entrance, which provides a private enclave for anyone looking for more privacy. The other two bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment, one being a triple room and the other a quadruple room, both of which can be set up as double beds if needed. The apartment has two full family bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle and one with a bathtub, with a washing machine available for use in the bathroom.
