Situated in Grand Baie, Mauricia Beachcomber Resort & Spa opens onto the beach and overlooks the bay. It is within walking distance of shopping centres, restaurants, bars, nightlife and casinos. The accommodation features bright and spacious air-conditioned rooms with garden or sea views. Each includes a TV with satellite channels, a minibar, a modern bathroom and a private terrace or balcony. There is a choice of 2 restaurants; Les Quais, the main restaurant and Le Nautic proposing toes-in-the-sand dining. Popular with guests, Bay Watch Bar overlooks the swimming pool and entertainment such as live music, DJ every night or traditional shows are available. Relaxing treatments can be enjoyed at the Spa, a place dedicated to wellness and beauty. Other facilities include a modern gym with sauna and hammam and for those who like active vacations several land and water sports are available. The various sports include tennis, beach volley, water skiing and pedal boats. A variety of trips, including glass-bottom boat tours and diving can be arranged. Bike rentals are also available. Mauricia Beachcomber is approximately 29 km from Port Louis, the capital city. It is also 75 km from Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport.

Hotel restaurant dress code : Daytime: Casual. As a courtesy, guests are requested to please wear a garment over their swimwear in the restaurants, reception and lobby. Evening: Casual Smart. Smart shorts and casual shoes are accepted; however, swimwear and beachwear are not allowed in the restaurants, bars, reception and lobby.
Trousers for the gentlemen are compulsory when dining at Nautic à la carte restaurant.
For all Honeymoon Clients ONLY : Please note, to benefit the ‘Honeymoon Gifts’. The travel dates must be 12 months to guests’ wedding date. A copy of the wedding certificate must be produced compulsory at time of check in at hotel.
