Discover a new sunny 150m2 villa, composed of 4 bedrooms including 2 en suite and with balconies, in the immediate vicinity of the coastal road in a quiet area of Pointe aux Piments in the north of Mauritius. The villa is very well equipped with a sunny swimming pool, a parking space, air conditioning, all household appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso, oven...) and all the amenities necessary for an ideal stay.

Neighbourhood information

You will be at 2 minutes by car from the beautiful beach of Pointe aux Piments and about 7 minutes from the magnificent beach of Balaclava. You will also have 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Trou aux Biches and less than 15 minutes from the immense and unmissable beach of Mont Choisy and also the Pamplemousses garden and La route du sucre museum. You will benefit from a shop 2 minutes away on foot for a little recharge then a mini-market 3 minutes away by car as well as the large supermarkets Beau Plan and La Croisette about 15 minutes away.
