The property can be reached by a private and a shared speedboat.
Private Speedboat Transfers:
From July 4, 2025 to October 31, 2026, the charges are as follows:
- Adult (13 years and above): USD 1600 per person
This rate is not included in the booking price and will be charged additionally.
Shared Speedboat Transfers:
From July 4, 2025 to October 31, 2026, the charges are as follows:
- Adult (13 years and above): USD 175 per person
- Child (2–12 years): USD 85 per child. This rate is not included in the booking price and will be charged additionally.
• The property can be reached by speedboat, which takes 45 minutes from Velana International Airport.
• Please get in touch with the property for more details on transfer arrangements. Kindly share your flight details with the property at least 7 days before your arrival to secure your seat(s) for the transfer.
• The transfer arrangements need to be made in advance; hence, payment is required at the time of booking. Transfer charges are not included in the room rate and are payable directly to the property.
• A green tax of USD 12 per person per night is applicable starting 1/1/2025. This tax is not applicable to children 0-2 years old.
• Gala Dinner Supplements for Christmas Eve (24 December) and for New Year's Eve (31 December) are included in the price.
• Group Booking Policy: Reservations of more than 5 rooms will be classified as a group booking. A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total booking value is required at the time of reservation to confirm the booking.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
