The building is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Adding to its attractions is one of the best restaurants in Hulhumale. The family room, where they serve some of the best coffees and food. In addition to that there is a spa located in the 1st floor of the building. It is walking distance to the phase 1 of Hulhumale which is where there are number of restaurants for dine in and takeaway. The nearby beaches also have water sports activities that can be booked and guests can get in touch to help book excursions as well.
