This is our special home and we want to share with you. The house is located in a residential area with gated community . Walking distance to supermarket and malls. 7 to 10 minutes away to the beach and the famous Quinta avenida by car. Xcaret is situated 10 mins away. The property is located in the heart of the Riviera Maya , 45 minutes away from Cancun Airport and 40 minutes drive to Tulum.  The ferry to Cozumel is just 5 minutes  drive .
From New York USA , and I love to travel. I have been to 85+ countries .... I want to see the entire world and get to learn about other cultures. Any questions I would be able to answer by text message, phone or email.
Playa del Carmen is a coastal resort town in Mexico, along the Yucatán Peninsula's Riviera Maya strip of Caribbean shoreline. In the state of Quintana Roo, it’s known for its palm-lined beaches and coral reefs. Its Quinta Avenida pedestrian thoroughfare runs parallel to the beach, with blocks of shops, restaurants and nightspots ranging from laid-back bars to dance clubs The best way to get around is by car or taxi to the beach. We can provide a rental agency information and also a private transportation with a reliable company. We are walking distance to supermarket and malls and coffee shops
