Set in tropical gardens in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, the Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moments, It is a 5-star rated, family-friendly hotel surrounded by tropical gardens in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, just steps away from the iconic Malecón, right on the beachfront, is located right on the beach. All rooms, decorated in a contemporary style, are spacious and bright, and feature a private balcony, air conditioning, satellite TV, as well as a minibar that is restocked daily. Anticipated Departures – Clients with early departures due to hurricane threat will receive a certificate for the remaining unused nights. Certificate is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash. Clients must re-book within 30 days.
No Shows – No show penalties will be waived up to 3 days after hurricane strikes.
Cancellations – There will be no penalties for all passengers scheduled to travel within 72 Hours or less before a hurricane strikes. Guests must cancel through the same channel they booked their trip.
