Our property is locally managed, and the husband/wife owners have been in business for 24 years.

Property information

Located in the heart of San Miguel, about 5 blocks from the waterfront, this quaint neighborhood immerses guests into local Mayan culture. Mexican eateries, rotisseries, a coffee shop and grocery store are within short walking distance. The theme of this accommodation is Colonial style Mexico; handmade furniture and original art flank the interior of each villa. Amenities, such as air-conditioning, private parking, and WiFi are included. A large security wall surrounds the property; each of the 4 villas provides guests with an oversized heated pool (winter months), a thatch roofed BBQ area with seating, a party Pavilion with cook service, designated SCUBA area, outdoor shower, and shaded patio areas. Each villa is fully equipped with washer/dryer, kitchenette, cookware, flat-screen TV, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, private ensuite bathrooms, maid service; 2nd floor balconies overlook the oasis garden and pool. Each bedroom is fitted with bed linens bath towels and beach towels. This small resort is conveniently located about 1 km from Cozumel International Airport.
