Another service that is unique to Casa Colonial is our Concierge service. I started Cozumel Concierge in 2001 as a service to inform the guests of our vacation rentals about the best places to go and things to do while vacationing on Cozumel. We were the very first to offer Concierge service on the island. We hope that you avail yourself of our unique combination of style and service!

I'm Sarah Rodriguez. My husband Bob designed and built Casa Colonial in 2000. We wanted to build something unique on Cozumel that gave visitors the feel of Mexican Colonial architecture with all the modern conveniences of today. That was the simple concept that guided the design of every facet of Casa Colonial. Arches, columns, Talavera, vibrant colors, roll barrel tile accents, “Equipale” (hand crafted Mexican Furniture: headboards, Armoires, Original are, dining room tables, and chairs, etc.) and more assures that you will be immersed in all things Mexico! The authenticity of Casa Colonial is unmatched anywhere else on the island. Experience the differenced of Mexican Colonial Style. Experience Casa Colonial!

We are located in the "Central Zone" where all the best Restaurants, shops, and night time attractions are located. And the supermarket is one block away! Listen for the street vendors that pass by every day to sell their fresh pastries and breads. Walk to your favorite restaurant. And enjoy the sights and sounds of Mexico! Make the most of your time and explore your surroundings. The Sunday Brunch served at Restaurante Los Molcajetes is arguably the best on the island. Make sure to experience the uniquely flavorful Mexican style Buffet!
