Cute and fun 4-Plex! Consists of 4 studio apartments, 2 newer, modern lofts upstairs and two original units on the ground floor, including one owner occupied. All with full kitchens, bedroom area, AC in bedrooms, smart TV’s & STARLINK internet. Very quiet and breezy area, but always somebody friendly close by if you want company or have any questions.
I’m a Canadian who loves adventure, nature & anything water related. I moved here 6 years ago, built my little pieces of paradise, and still loving every minute of it.
Nestled in the quiet Fishing, village of Chuburna Puerto, close to the port of Progreso and 30 minutes drive to the city of Merida.
