-Check in is done from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation.

-The free cleaning service we provide is weekly and is performed every seventh day of stay. Extra cleaning service is available at an additional cost.
-The gym and pool have a limited number of guests. Ask for details at reception.
-The pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is active and is for the exclusive use of guests.
-The suite does not have kitchen utensils services. If required, we have a kit with an additional cost at reception.
-We don't have any room service.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of MXN 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
