The fine print
Service dogs and emotional support dogs are permitted only upon prior request and confirmation of hotel availability, exclusively during our pet-friendly season from June to October. One dog per room, with a maximum weight of 8 kg. A mandatory fee of 2,500 pesos per stay (up to 5 days) applies. If the dog is trained, hygiene protocols and the original vaccination certificate must be provided. Dogs must not be left alone or unattended at any time. An additional security deposit of 6,000 pesos will be required. Other pets are not permitted.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Libelula Tulum Beachfront Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of US$250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
