The Royal Sands & Spa hotel, in central Cancun, is next to Kukulcan Plaza Shopping Centre. It offers outdoor pools, a gym, spa and tennis courts. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and a balcony with sea views. Modern, air-conditioned rooms and suites feature a TV and DVD player. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer. Suites also have a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Pasta, steaks and seafood are served at La Veranda restaurant. Hacienda Sisal restaurant specializes in Mexican cuisine. There is a snack bar and a sports bar. A varied entertainment programme is offered and Cancun’s nightlife area is 10 minutes’ drive away. The complex has free parking, and you can hire a car at the tour desk. An airport shuttle service is available for an extra charge. Cancun Airport is a 20-minute drive away.
