The fine print
If guests book a suite, they will receive 2 free margaritas at the beach bar.
Please be aware all pets must be pre-registered, note maximum 1 dog up to 6 kg of weight is allowed.
If you plan to bring your pet, as one dog is permitted on the premises at a time. Dogs must be leashed at all times, and may not be left alone or unattended in the suite, and the dogs are not permitted in the swimming pools. A refundable fee of $100 USD for the pet is required at the time of booking.
With respect to pet policy, a guest is required to clean up after their pet. If a pet has soiled or damaged in or around the property, the pet fee will be forfeited. If a guest arrives for a reservation and did not prearrange that a dog was included in the reservation, the guest may be turned away and the booking deposit may be forfeited.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Villa Star of the Sea in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of US$100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.
