The fine print

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Late check-in (pre-block):

As your booking is guaranteed for late arrival, we will be able to hold your booking until 12:00 noon of the day following your arrival date. For example, if your arrival date is on the 20th but you will check in 21st, the booking will be held until 12:00 noon on the 21st. After that, the room will be released without any further notice. If you intend to arrive later than this time, please amend the arrival date of your booking. Please note that cancellation, guarantee, and/or deposit policies will be applied as per the terms and conditions of your booking.

Check- out:

Hotel standard check-out time is at 12:00 noon so that we can prepare the room for guests who will be checking into the same room at 15:00. If you require late check out, please see the below:

- From 12:00 to 13:00: as a gesture of goodwill from the hotel to our valued guests, it will be complimentary.

- From 13:00 to 18:00: 50% off the applicable one-night rate.

- From 18:00 onward: the applicable rate of the night on that day will be charged.

The above cannot be booked in advance and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to the Front Desk team early on the departure date or one day before to check the availability.

Deposit upon check-in:

A deposit will be collected upon check-in, subject to the number of nights per stay.

Smoking rooms:

The hotel does not have smoking rooms and it is a smoke free hotel. We kindly ask all our guests not to smoke in the room to avoid any fine. If you would like to smoke, there are designated areas. Please approach the Front Desk for more information.

Children policy:

A Child below 18 years old can stay with their parents in the same room using existing bedding for free. A charge will be applied in case any extra feature or service is requested for the child. An extra bed charge is MYR 106.20 per night while extra breakfast costs MYR 35 nett per person per night.
