I am Professional Engineer and working for Construction Firm. I am also provide loading services for guest to stay in my properties in USJ21 Subang Jaya and Cyberjaya Area. I also operate budget hotel, Hotel 57 just beside this property.

Property information

Main Place Residence Family Suite is 615 ft2 unit which provided with two rooms/living hall unit good for guest with 3-4 persons to stay. Main Place Shopping Mall just below the unit and extremely convenient for shopping and dining. Located at vibrant USJ21 Subang Jaya and neighboring to One City, Taipan Business Centre, Sunway Pyramid Shopping, and numerous colleges/universities in SS15/Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya. Access to the unit also very convenient with Elite/LDP Highway.

Neighbourhood information

Guest can travel using USJ21 LRT Station just about 400m away to Putra Height, Puchong, Ampang, Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Bangsar, KL Sentral and Kuala Lumpur. Access via Elite Highway just in front to KLIA, north or south of Malaysia also extremely convenient. LDP Highway just beside the Main Place with easy access to Puchong, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya and other part of the city.
