Thanks for choosing us as your stay in Melaka. I would like to inform our check in time is after 3pm. Do let us know what time you are checking in also. Disclaimer: 1) Please note that we do not have lift in our premises but staircase is enough as we only have 2 floors up 2) Our room is a non smoking room, once caught we shall goes for penalty charges without hesitation 3) Our window rooms are by first come first served basis as we have limited window rooms 4) Iron, iron board and hair dryer are upon request only. 5) On every Friday, There will be Night Market (Pasar Malam) in our area, we suggest to check in around 3-4PM or check in after 730-8PM to avoid the congested traffic in our area 6) We have limited TV channel. We are sorry for the incovenience caused. 7) We provide basic amenities ONLY, such as Towel, Bath mat and body shampoo。 We DO NOT provide Tooth Brush and Tooth Paste. 8) Our design is more to minimalist concept, hence do not compare FANCY design with other hotels We thank you for your understanding. The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that payment at the property must be made in cash only. Credit card details provided during booking is for guarantee purposes only. As there is no 24-hour reception at the property, please inform White Loft in advance of your expected arrival time at least 3 days prior to check-in to facilitate the arrangement of your key pick-up. Staff will make their way to the property to assist you. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Due to limited reception hours, please inform the hotel in advance if you need to check in and check out between 00:00-07:00.
