Looking for a unique stay in a rustic, natural environment? We offer you the ultimate rural experience! The rooms and apartments of the Overleekerhoeve can also be rented as a guest room. The splendid green peatland area views and the comforts in our rooms create a setting for you to unwind or relax. Most of our apartments have its own kitchen which makes it possible to cook your own breakfast. However, for an additional charge, we are willing to prepare a delicious breakfast for you.
The passion of Simon is the farm. The passion of Jannie is to let guest taste of the peasant life. Because of this she hopes to let the guests leave beyond that they have come.
De Overleekerhoeve is located in the middle of the Waterland countryside. A small country road, flanked by polder and green pastures, connects to the front side of the farm. At the rear of the farm a nature reserve called Het Varkensland (The Pigsland) can be seen. A great number of birds can be found in the green peatland area. This countryside is situated near Amsterdam and very suitable for exploration on foot, on a bicycle or by small boat. A large landing, placed at the rear of the property, is the ideal setting to enjoy the sunset and the natural surroundings! Nearby Amsterdam, Volendam, Edam, Marken en de Zaanse Schans.
