The fine print
The apartments are located in different locations in Trenerys Gate 4/7, Dyre Halsesgate 5-16, and Verftsgata 1c.
The check-in process is contactless, from 15:00. Guests are required to collect their key via Sharebox located at Verftsgata 1C, 7042 Trondheim.
Check out until 11:00, and keys are left on the kitchen counter.
Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Departure cleaning is included for all stays. Extra cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
From Thursday to Sunday, guests aged 25 can only check in if travelling as part of a family.
If you book several apartments, please note that Bjørvika Apartments cannot guarantee that all apartments are located at the same address, building, or floor.
Parking is available for an additional fee. The maximum height to enter the car park is 2.05 meters.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform BJØRVIKA APARTMENTS, Solsiden Area, Trondheim city center in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of NOK 5,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
