Namaste and Welcome to Nepal,
I am Debendra, an open and friendly man living with my wonderful wife Narbina and sons Nayan & Dipayan.
I run Cocina Mitho Chha BNB & Cookery Schoo and Restaurant. I have many years experience working as a teacher of hospitality services in college and managing a restaurant along side working in travel & tourism.
At Cocina Mitho Chha (CMC) we provide professional standard scholarships in our own cooking school for under privileged young people. This is a Sustainable Social Enterprise based in Lazimpat, Kathmandu so all the funds generated by the Bed and Breakfast & Restaurant go to paying staff the training the needy young
I love my job! We make a difference to young people's lives.
CMC also offers Nepali food cooking class with a little bit Nepali language class during your stay with us if you'd like to book. I am very happy to help you with in any way I can both before and during your stay. We want you to have a wonderful stay with us and wonderful trip to Nepal.

Cocina Mitho Chha (CMC) is a Sustainable Social Enterprise that has been setup for the purpose to educate young people in the tourism. CMC is a 7 rooms Bed and Breakfast, Fine Dining Restaurant and Cooking School offering scholarships in hotel training to young people from local orphanages.
Courses are offered to young people in Cooking, Food and Beverage service (Waiter) and Housekeeping. All Courses are designed to last between 2 & 6 months
for up to 10 children.
All funds to support the running of the school and the scholarships are raised from our restaurant and our bed and breakfast.
Our menu offers freshly prepared food bought in the local market and is organic where possible.
We specialise in traditional Nepalese food but also prepare a variety of dishes from Europe and Asia.
