I also teach therapeutic yoga both online and in our on-site studio. I’m passionate about helping people understand the benefits of yoga and ensuring they learn the right techniques to support their well-being. Alongside yoga, I have a deep interest in human psychology, spiritual growth, and trekking.

Bouddha Stupa, one of the largest stupas in the world, is only a 15-minute walk, while the sacred Pashupatinath Temple can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. For nature lovers, there’s a beautiful park along the bank of the Bagmati River, ideal for morning and evening walks.
