Averill Court Motel offers spacious self-contained accommodation, only 150 metres from Paihia Beach. All rooms are built around a central pool area with spa pool, swimming pool and sun terrace. Each studio and apartment at Averill Court Motel Paihia includes satellite TV and some movie channels available. All rooms feature plunger coffee and an electric kettle and either a kitchen or kitchenette with cooking facilities.
