Both bedrooms have glare protection & black-out curtains.Tastefully SEPARATE from owner's quarters, the floor plan of this larger property, allows for your 58m2 to be a completely separate entity, divided by locked internal double-doors in the hallway (as per photo); there are two separate external entrances, yours is the main one with the WELCOME mat. You have a single CAR PARK available off-road plus your dedicated Courtyard to sit out in (weather permitting), access from your main bedroom. A large adjustable umbrella covers the big outdoor table & chairs to give weather protection. Alternatively, there is an indoor table with stools. However, if you want a lounge with couches etc, this is NOT the property for you. Please note: the sunset photo is taken from the owner's quarters. It illustrates the elevation of the property, the harbour view and the closeness to town. The last Courtyard photo was taken from the ramp, descending from the parking area; this is used exclusively by the owner, accessing her separate quarters. NB. The property is NOT Wheelchair Accessible, as the ramp is too steep (it's been tested). Your private entrance door is the main entrance and is at the parking level, with a short stairwell to the living area, which is all at one level. Helen is originally from Ireland and has lived in NZ since 1987, has travelled extensively and enjoys meeting fellow travellers from all walks of life. Her professional background is in Nursing, initially in Ireland and the UK but for over 30yrs in NZ. These days she spends a lot of time on the Golf course, and on her bike. She has hosted many guests over the past decade from NZ and overseas. She moved to Oamaru from Northland 3yrs ago & has grown to love this very cultural & historic town.
