This sunny and modern self-contained unit is on the ground floor of a big house, it has independent access and good privacy. The guests will enjoy the entire space.
It provides two double bedrooms with wardrobes, one bathroom with walk-in shower, a hair dryer and free toiletries, a big lounge with a couch and a flat screen TV, featuring NETFLIX, Samsung international and other Channels etc. A dining area with a table and chairs. The kitchenette features a refrigerator, a microwave, a small oven, a frying pan, a rice &high pressure cooker, and kitchen wares.
It is located in central Mill water, on a quiet and convenient street with nice neighborhoods, plenty of off street Parking. It is quite handy to amenities, 5 min walk to Bus stop, Café, Shushi bar, bakery and Fitness etc. 3min drive to Silverdale shopping center. 8min drive to Orewa Beach, Holiday Park, and the Estuary reserve.
