Super spacious, ideal for 2 couples as each could have complete privacy. Fantastic and expansive harbour views from the master bedroom, lounge, dining, kitchen and sitting room. Quality furnishings with lots of space to relax. Lounge suite has fully reclinable seating and large screen TV. Master bedroom and Queen bedroom both have TVs. Heatpumps/aircon in lounge and kitchen. HRV system throughout the apartment. Fans, heaters and electric blankets in the bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen as well as a BBQ area at the back of the property. Outdoor furniture at the front and the back. Quality linens and towels including beach towels. Apartment is above Beach Lane Apartment which sleeps 4. Seperate entrances but can be opened up as one large property. 1 min drive to the boat ramp if you would like to bring your boat. 2 min waterfront stroll to Whangarei's top restaurant "TopSail". Opposite the Whangarei Harbour with kayaks, paddleboards supplied - explore Matakohe-Limestone Is. a conservation refuge for some of our rarest native animals. Bikes for enjoying the cycle tracks. At the gateway to the beautiful Whangarei Heads studded with beaches and bush walks.
Minimal reviews due to property being let privately to corporates for extended stays each year. This property is a private property owned by Leeann and Warwick. We are in our mid 50's and Leeann has been operating solely in the accommodation business for the past 5 years. We live behind this property and have a 1 bedroom apartment - Mason Lane situated below our property. Leeann likes to ensure guests have a comfortable stay, are aware of what is available in the area and is unobtrusive but readily available if needed. We enjoy seeing return guests from both NZ and overseas of which we have many.
Fishing jetty across the road, boat ramp along the road. Childrens playgrounds a short stroll away as are tennis courts. Great area for walking along the waterfront. Top Sail Restaurant - Whangarei's "best" is a few minutes walk away- bookings essential. Easy drive to beachs and bush walks. HeadsUp Adventures are a few minutes drive away- mountain biking, monster scooters, paintball etc. Supermarket, takeaways etc a few mins drive away.
