Ensure year-round comfort with comprehensive central ducted heating and air-conditioning, including a heat transfer system that circulates warmth throughout the entire home. This home can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. Parking - 2 x vehicle parking in the garage + 2 x parking spaces in front of the garage. Professionally laundered linen and exit clean included in the nightly rate. No parties, events or loud groups of any kind allowed. This lovely home is located in a quiet residential area with neighbours who are very close.
