Property information

A mini affordable boarding house aimed for international travellers. This room has a cute campervan theme and the house has a Cute Theme as well. The house has rules to keep everything clean and tidy. * No dishes left on the benchtop, everything cleaned, washed, dried and put back. *I don't provide toilet paper anymore due to people taking it. * Heater rental a night due to extreme high electricity rates. And in order to keep prices down. * house on a main busy road, Constant white noise * if you arrive very late ask me to send you a check in video. * make sure you give me back the room/ cabin the same way I've given it to you OR the cost of cleaning will be deducted. * No rubb Ish left inside the house all rubbish to be taken to the bins provided outside the house.

Neighbourhood information

Although the house is on the main road, but 2 beautiful Parks are 5 min walk, Henron park and Oakley Creek with a waterfall of 6 meters. 2 big supermarkets are 25 min walk, public transport 15 min apart to city from just outside the house. AVONDALE FLEA MARKET 15 min walk to the cheapest fruits and veges and other items in Auckland.
