Relax in this spacious top-level 2-bedroom house that enjoys an open outlook by day and amazing sunsets from the large deck. Red Beach is a peaceful neighbourhood located conveniently at the beginning of the Whangaparaoa peninsula. Located close to the beautiful beaches of Red Beach (approx 900m away) and Orewa (5 mins by car), which has a great range of bars, restaurants, and shops. Red Beach Primary School is also very close by, and an easy walk for the kids.
I live in the downstairs level most of the time so I am available to assist quickly with any queries you may have, and provide general advice about the area. I also have a friendly cat called Quincy who lives with me.
The beach is 900m away. You can walk to Red Beach shops, or the towns of Orewa and Silverdale are a short drive away. Red Beach Primary School is nearby and an easy walk for the kids. This school accepts international students.
