Please be aware that group bookings are required to leave a $50 deposit upon arrival which you will receive back if no damage to the property has been done.

All bookings with a value over $500 will be pre charged, they are still fully refundable if canceled outside of the standard free cancelation policy window.
We also have available towels available $10 deposit + $2 cleaning fee.
