Located on the edge of Lake Taupo, The Cove- On The Lake offers luxury rooms with satellite TV and either fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes. It features a tour desk that can book local activities, including trout fishing, skydiving and mountain biking. Free parking is available on site. Renovated in 2014, The Cove- On The Lake Taupo is just 5 minutes’ drive from Waikato River, and 10 minutes’ drive from Taupo Golf Club and Taupo Airport. The famous Huka Falls are a 15-minute drive away. All rooms have free WiFi access, an alarm clock and a bathroom with guest toiletries. Some rooms also have a private balcony with a hot tub, or lovely lake views. The Cove- On The Lake is also home to The Wholesome Kitchen Cafe which offers breakfast and brunch menu, barista made coffee and a selection of sweet and savory options from Tuesday to Sunday. The cafe terrace provides stunning views across Lake Taupo.
