A quiet st, an easy 10min walk to the main High St, Local parks lovely bakeries , Bars ,& supermarkets all handy. Motueka's a great place to stay. The Abel Tasman at your doorstep & Kaiteriteri Beach , Split Apple Rock . Motueka has a beautiful Estuary , Views of Mt Arthur & a marina. 3 Doors is a friendly welcoming space, 1 comfortable queen size bed in master bedroom & 1 comfortable dbl bed in 2nd. The 3rd room has a king single. Plenty of parking , Pets also by request . Whole home , well equipped kitchen with basic pantry, toiletries & nice towels & linens. The house is very clean and uncluttered, good quiet neighborhood. Fully fenced with carport for vehicles.
I have worked in hospitality & cleaned motels before becoming a full time business owner of TopShelf Leadlights. I love making my home welcoming & i Enjoy the outdoors , good food & walking the dog. We like to travel by motorhome & , bikes . My son & family live in Motueka & we love this region . I am always available to chat or ask questions about anything. I , am often away in the Motorhome but at other times it is left empty on the property .
Nice neighborhood, friendly people, local park 5min walk.
