Villa Bounty, located on Punavai Mountain in Punaauia, boasts a magnificent ocean view. It is very spacious, on one level, in a quiet residential area. The house features a fully-equipped open kitchen, dishwasher and water fountain. You'll enjoy a large living room, a dining area opening onto the terrace, 4 bedrooms, each with its own internet relay via fiber. Surrounded by a very pretty garden, the terrace is equipped with an outdoor lounge, deckchairs and a barbecue. Sleeping accommodation: *a large bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed *a pool-side bedroom with a queen-size bed *a very large bathroom and toilet *one bedroom with double bed *one bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room The pluses: *pool table *laundry room with washing machine and dryer *swimming pool with sea and mountain views *garden and terrace with furniture *a barbecue *a quiet, restful location *large parking space for several cars As the villa is located on a hill, a car is essential.
