A modern, minimalist, cosy Scandinavian styled fully equipped townhouse in Xevera, Mabalacat. ENTIRE HOUSE fully air-conditioned one bedroom and one bathroom within a gated community with access to a gym, large outdoor swimming pool and children’s playground. Heated shower and HIGHSPEED WiFi PURE FIBER INTERNET @ 100 Mbps. Very well located, short drive to Angeles city & Clark International Airport. Major supermarkets and stores within a few minutes walk.
My mother who lives nearby will be available if necessary to offer assistance and help. I will not be available personally but I can easily be contacted via booking. Com messaging app.
The house is located in Xevera Tabun- a secure, gated community that has 24 hour security guard presence at the entrance to the subdivision. Very well located, short drive to; Angeles city & Clark International Airport, Golf courses like Marina Hills Golf Course, Mimosa Golf Course, Fontana Golf Club, Aqua Planet, Fontana Leisure Parks and Casino, Dinosaurs Island, Zoocobia Fun Zoo, Clark Museum, El Kabayo Riding Stables, Paradise Ranch, Aquaplanet, Kamikaze East Airfield and Air Force City Park. Tricyles and jeepneys are readily available.
