My place is good for couples and small families (with kids). 2 bedroom apartment with picturesque lagoon view. Free Wi-Fi access, Netflix, Disney+ and HBO GO. One-time entrance fee per guest still needs to be paid to Pico Admin separately with rates depending on season. Kids' entrance fee either free or have discounted rate depending on the age. Parking is available in the uncovered area in Carola A building. Covered parking is for residents only. Please note that we can’t make parking reservations for you as the parking spaces are a first come first serve basis to every guest. Please feel free to contact me if you have other inquiries.
We love hosting to share our cozy and asian themed family home.
There is free shuttle in the entire vicinity.
