The house is located corner lot of the subdivision with pine trees and other fruit bearing trees surrounding it making the air pine fresh. It is walking distance to the nearest mall SM City Molino via second gate. The main gate is located along Daang Hari Road which connects to the Alabang, Las Pinas and Cavite. It is also the nearest point when you want a colder place getaway like Tagaytay for only 30-40 mins drive. The house has four bedrooms with five real beds and one sofa to accomodate families and small groups. It is usually used for vacation purposes but it can also be used for mini parties. It has two toilets and shower facility, with washer and dryer, full kitchen set and cooking is allowed. The spacious lawn can be used for outdoor activities. Barbeque facilty is also provided and can be done outside. Parking is free. You can park two cars insude the property secured with a lockable gate, or you can also park outside the house where most of the residents do especially when they are lazy to park their cars inside. Anyway, the street is wide enough so parking outside does not congest the street, also there was no untoward incident happened which prohibits outside parking
I love to travel! Visiting places you've never been is more fun and exciting. I've been to countries like Japan 4x, Singapore 5x, Thailand 2x, USA 1x, Indonesia 1x and still counting. Aside from international travels I also love to travel locally. I've been to Boracay, Tagaytay, Batangas, Laguna, Baguio, Bohol, CDO, Antipolo, Subic, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Camotes Island, Malapascua, and all other places in Cebu as a whole since I am from Cebu. We usually book in a hotel when we travel because that's the only accomodation we knew before. But now since private homes are being utilized as accomodation as well with a much cheaper price, then, travelling is more fun nowadays. Hurray! Travelling is not just about seeing places, it's about gaining new experiences with that particular place and learning about it as well that is also good to share for other people who are less fortunate to travel far. Now, we are residing here in Malaysia for four years already and the experience of living in a country different from yours is very challenging yet exciting and rewarding. Life isn't just about paying all your bills. Life is about living and enjoying it thru travelling!
The subdivision is quite and safe with 24hours security guards and roving guards. The street is wide enough lighted with good street lights. There are so many shopping malls nearby like Evia City, Starmall, The District Mall, and the nearest one is SM Molino wherein some residents just walk from our place via second gate passing this Citihomes subdivision all the way to SM City Molino. Some just commute via tricycle which is waiting in gate and some want to drive. Transportation is not a problem in my place coz the tricycle from SM mall can get inside the subdivision and vice versa. My neighbors know me and my family a lot. We have more bonding and get together when we were still living there. And they are good neighbors. The subdivision in general is safe and convenient. It only has small community therefore people living there know each other. We also have an annual celebration that we called "fiesta" where in all the residents come and join the celebration and fun which commence every 3rd Sunday of January. People living in Vallejo Place are hospitable and happy people.
