We provide four (4) sets of towels, 1 toilet paper, essential toiletries, fresh beddings and a complimentary 20-liter container of water. Or, if you prefer, you may wish to bring your own supplies for your convenience. Kindly provide the list of guest names and car details within 24 hours of booking. Third-party bookings (booking for others without being present for the entire stay) are not permitted. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No visitors are allowed unless they have been pre-approved by the hosts. There should be no more than eight (8) people occupying the place at any time. Exceeding the agreed number of guests without prior notice is a violation of house rules and may lead to immediate cancellation and/or being asked to leave the property. An access card will be used throughout the stay. Lost or damaged access cards are subject to a replacement fee. Smoking is allowed only outside the building premises. Strictly no smoking inside the unit. Lastly, if there were any damages or issues during the stay, kindly report them for proper resolution.
