My place is decorated simple yet very cozy with a touch of my personal style. It is very versatile and modern with about everything you need. The best part of this is... It's just across to the best yet affordable restaurants in town.

My Condo Unit is located at the heart of Dumaguete City. It is just downtown within walking distance to bars and restaurant. You can access to our local Tricycle ride at a very minimal fare.😊
