Our private apartment we call "Bella Vista" is a studio apartment at Balmoral Condominium in the heart of Condado, just a few short blocks to CONDADO BEACH, steps to popular CALLE LOIZA and a block rom Supermax 24/7 grocery store with liquor. Located on the 10th floor with views of the city, ocean and mountains, our sunny and bright studio provides sleeping for 2 and gated secure parking. Our crisp and bright studio apartment provides sleeping for 2 in a Queen bed and 1 full bathroom with shower. The kitchen includes refrigerator, 2 burner induction cooktop, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glassware and silverware. We provide all linens, pillows, towels, starter bathroom amenities, iron/ironing board and hairdryer. Beach towels and beach chairs will be waiting for you! There is streaming TV for those nights when you just want to stay in and watch Netflix or Prime after a beautiful day at the beach. The apartment is air conditioned and has WIFI. Gated parking for one car is included. There is also a laundry room on the 2nd floor of the building. This beautiful apartment is in a SUPER location in the heart of Condado. You'll be able to walk to all the Condado restaurants, bars, CVS, Walgreens, liquor store and a full service 24/7 supermarket. Old San Juan is one of the best places to visit in Puerto Rico. Old San Juan has an incredible 500 years of history, beautiful colonial architecture liberally splashed with tropical colors and timeless magic that makes it one of the most enchanting destinations in the Caribbean. You could spend many happy hours just walking around the walled city. Perhaps nothing captures the history of Puerto Rico more than Old San Juan's massive fortresses. El Morro and Castillo de San Cristobal are among the most visited attractions on the island for a good reason. Their cannons, ramparts, and layered defenses have guarded the walled city for centuries. Even the governor's mansion, La Fortaleza, is called "The Fortress" because it was one of the settlement's early defensive structures. Paseo La Princesa is a broad promenade that stretches from near the docks at the foot of the city and leads to the lovely Raíces Fountain. On weekends, you're likely to find all kinds of stalls lining the road, and maybe even a free cultural performance to enjoy. Paseo La Princesa hugs the old perimeter wall of the city, and beyond the fountain continues around Old San Juan to the San Juan Gate, the only remaining of five entry points into the old town. The best time to enjoy the walk is during sunset when you'll have gorgeous views of the bay from the fountain, and you'll escape the heat of the day.
