Please be advised that the property is under renovations for the facilities and part of the rooms and is expected to be completed on December 31st, 2019.
Construction will be from Monday through Friday from 8:00am till 5:00pm. Some noise might be expected during these hours.

A damage deposit of US$150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
