This is a very comfortable house, with amazing views and in a very quiet location. This is a 2 bed room property which includes a balcony which you can enjoy the sunset. The house is fully furnished, including a small table and chairs on the balcony and in the front porch, garden table and chairs for 6 people and a swing where you can enjoy your evening's - the garden also has a built in BBQ pit which can be enjoyed by the guests. The kitchen is full of modern appliances and the dishes are all new. The property has wooden flooring throughout and has been decorated to a high standard. The house has all the essentials for a comfortable stay .
The property is unocupied and is only let out to guests visiting Madeira - upon arrival you will meet the key holder, who provides all the assistance required and maintains the property to high standards - she will also be able to provide you with tourist information if required.
The property is a 5 minute drive away from the airport - you will have views of planes landing and taking off but hear no noise what so ever. Just around the corner you have a supermarket and a caffe which sells fresh bread which is a wonderful way to start your morning. There is a lot to do in the surrounding areas with the beach, aqua park and golf course just a 10 minute drive away. The property is a 5 minute drive away from the motor way which gives you easy access to the whole island. We provided toys and books for small children's.
