Alvor is a seaside fishing resort located within the western region of the Algarve, offering a variety of authentic restaurants and bars. The beautiful beach of Tres Irmaos is just a 10 minute drive away and the famous beach of Praia da Rocha just 12 minutes away. Further afield you have the many award winning beaches to both the east and west of you along the Algrave. If you want to stay local there is a snack bar and mini-mercado within just 5 minutes walking distance of the apartment. There is a modern mall just 10 minutes away in the city of Portimao. You have the very popular Slide and Splash park just a 15-minute drive away in Lagoa. Zoomarine is also easily accessible just a 30 minute drive away.
