46 m2 apartment with a breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean with its huge 37 m2 terrace. It will allow you to radiate all over the island from its capital and to rest from your intense days with the impression of floating in the sky! You will have a Queensize bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is located in a luxury residence in the heart of the residential area of Bellepierre. The University Hospital of Saint Denis is located nearby.
The residential district of Bellepierre will ensure you a calm environment. You will have a bakery in the immediate vicinity of the building. By car you are 1 minute from the South Boulevard which allows you to take the road very easily for the West Coast or the East Coast of the island. You are just as easily in the very city center of Saint Denis in less than 5 minutes. You are directly on the Brûlé road, the starting point for several excursions in the hinterland of Saint Denis and the high peaks: La Roche Ecrite (2276m), the Pic Adam, the Cirque of Salazie. You are in the immediate vicinity of the CHU Félix Guyon (University Hospital Center) which is an asset for university and hospital staff passing through our island. You will have a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the building.
