Besides being a bright and inviting home, we wanted it to be also functional, so the right choice for longer stays - you`ll definitely fall in love with it and want to stay more, even if not all the time is possible, as life might have different plans for you. In this respect, we chose modern amenities and qualitative furnishing, creating plenty of spaces to keep your things well organised. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and also fully stacked with all you might need for cooking.
Being here for business or the pleasure of exploring something new, we give you the possibility to keep yourself connected by having a reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Netflix and Prime Tv are also available if you like to lose yourself on our comfortable sofa, perfect for lounging and relaxing while watching your favorite shows.

The apartment is part of the green district Titan, and it is close to Alexandru Ioan Cuza park (also known as Titan); being one of the biggest parks in Bucharest, with a total surface measuring over 85 hectares and considered by many the most beautiful park in Bucharest. The park is built around Titan Lake, divided in half by a road bridge containing five small islands.
Titanii is a smaller park located a stone's throw from the apartment. Here you can find 2 tennis courtyards, 2-foot tennis courtyards, 2 Basketball courtyards, 2 football courtyards and 2 playgrounds, and one skatepark, which makes it an ideal option for short walks and practising different sports hobbies you might have.
Transportation is well-developed, the region being linked to other parts of Bucharest by subway, tram lines, trolleys, buses and taxis. The apartment is 15 min on foot from subway station Titan and 18 minutes on foot from subway station Nicolae Grigorescu.
ParkLake Mall Shopping Center is only 26 minutes on foot distance, from which approx. 20 minutes are a walk in the parks Titaneii and Titan/IOR
The Nationa Arena Stadium, with its retractable roof, is only 10 minutes away by car. Besides hosting national and international football competitions, it is also famous for hosting live music concerts of some of the most remarkable artists.
Old Town is about a minim 17min by car and 30 minutes by Metro, including the 15min on foot, making it reasonably accessible.
