- Viewtopia - The Secret Land is surrounded by a river, two streams and a fishing lake. Due to the natural environment you may encounter insects (spiders, mosquitos, ticks, ants), animals (dogs, cats, small water snakes, lizards) and birds. Please avoid getting in contact with any wild animals. Navigating the property can be difficult at times. We have bridges and islands on the lake, so the location is addressed people who are familiar with the specific activities, conditions and risks characteristic of the landscape.
The access to the activities offered in the relaxation areas is made strictly on guests responsibility and risk. Viewtopia - The Secret Land does not take any responsibility for guest safety, integrity and health.
- The name and telephone number of the accommodated persons will be communicated (for security reasons).
- No shoes inside. Own inside slippers will be worn inside the houses.
- Smoking is prohibited on the property, except for designated smoking areas. Smoking inside the houses or throwing cigarettes, buds or rubbish in places other than those specially designed shall be penalized in accordance with the law and might lead to the termination of the right of residence.
- The dishes are washed by the users.
- Air conditioning (where applicable) is only used with the windows closed.
