The apartment consists of a large bright bedroom with a comfy king-sized bed (160*200 cm) and a cozy armchair, with a TV, free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with a small fridge, induction stove, microwave, oven, kettle, and all necessary cutlery to prepare and enjoy your food. The Apartment has a beautiful and spacious terrace with views of the beautiful promenade and walking path, you will enjoy it. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can enjoy a cigarette on the terrace. The apartment is on the high ground floor, so it is well accessible. It is the perfect place to stay for couples or for single travelers and business trips, who are looking for a nice location. Palic Lake is just 8.4 km from the Studio Apartment Iva, it’s a lovely destination, very calm, and pleasant with nice views. Nature is relaxing and it’s a nice place for a walk or picnic. There is a good free parking area for cars. Palic Zoo is very popular and easy to find, you can enjoy it.

We are relaxed and welcoming. We like traveling, all kinds of sports, local food, gardening, and music. That said, we try really hard to make each guest’s stay wonderfully enjoyable and make them feel at home.

It is located between Nade Dimic, Lajosa Joa, Brace Radic and Evgenija Kumicica streets, the main entrance to the building is opposite the Prozivka swimming pool, it is the last building in the row, number 94, Prvomajska street. Apartment Iva is about a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, within walking distance of some of the most beautiful sceneries you can find in the city and all famous landmarks, City Hall, the Synagogue, the blue fountain, Raichle palace, etc. The building is in an excellent location, there is a large IDEA market right next to the Prozivka swimming pool. Behind the building is a large MAXI market, LIDL is also very close, 7 to 10 minutes on foot, two bakeries are also very close, the gym and the swimming pool are just across the main entrance of the building, Park Prozivka, Exercise park is 600 meters from the apartment. In this area you can find restaurants, there are many shops, you can order food or pizza, taxi and bus station are very close.
