Hostel Ruler asub Zemunis, Vabariigi väljakust umbes 6 km kaugusel. Hostelis on konditsioneeri ja tasuta WiFi-ühendusega majutusruumid. Kõikides tubades on televiisor ja kaabeltelevisioon.
