Apartman Vila I smešten je u tihom okruženju, na samo 100 metara od glavnog trga Niške banje. Nudi besplatan bežični internet i nameštenu terasu. Uređene sobe toplim bojama, sve smeštajne jedinice imaju drvene podove i TV sa kablovskim kanalima. Takođe sadrže potpuno opremljenu čajnu kuhinju i sopstveno kupatilo sa tušem.
Lokalna autobuska stanica udaljena je 100 metara od apartmana. Do parka, restorana i kafea u Niškoj banji možete stići za 10 minuta šetnje. Izleti i obilasci okoline mogu se organizovati na zahtev.
Staro jezgro Niša i Niška tvrđava nalaze se na 15 minuta vožnje. Aerodrom Niš udaljen je 13km. Prevoz sa aerodroma dostupan je uz doplatu. U okviru objekta obezbeđen je besplatan parking.
