Scenically located near the hill of Skutberget, right by Lake Vänern, this well-equipped camping and vacation village offers modern, comfortable cottages with excellent opportunities for outdoor recreation. Free WiFi is available. First Camp Skutberget-Karlstad provides cottages with kitchen facilities. Some feature a private bathroom, while others have access to shared facilities. Outside each cottage is a private parking space. During the summer, guests can buy food and other supplies in the campsite store. There is also a summertime children's club. The campsite and its surroundings offer many activities, including mini golf, canoeing and jogging. There are both rock and sand beaches nearby. Only a short drive away is central Karlstad, which offers plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
