In beautiful Österlen with a view of Hammar's slopes, there is my large, newly renovated, cozy Skåne house. About 12 km to Ystad, near the villages of Ingelstorp and Glemmingebro. About 2.5 km to the sandy beaches by the ocean. With many cozy cafes, restaurants and shopping places nearby. The house has 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area for many people, but only one toilet & shower. At the back there is a large furnished terrace.
Trädgårdsintresserad, inredningsintresserad och gillar loppisar Vill själv bo bekvämt på min semester. Det ska vara minst lika fint som hemma när du reser :) Älskar långa promenader i den vackra naturen. I live in the small house in the garden beside the villa. You can always reach me by phone if needed or if you have questions or want to know more about the area.
Close to Ystad, close to many tourist sites, shopping, restaurants and to the beaches. The house is close to the road and access to the area. On the backside of the house is a private garden hidden behind the hedges. A car is recommended, but there are buses.
